Delivery and imports: the real purchase cost
Compare the cost of receiving the item. An unknown fee is not zero. Use this guide to collect figures for the calculator.

Record the price and specification
Note the currency, included items and quote date. Check cables, adapters and accessories. Compare hardware with similar condition and warranty: the gap between a used item and a new one does not itself prove a discount.
Include payment and conversion
Use the applicable exchange rate and fee from your bank or payment service at payment time. Enter converted UAH amounts in the calculator. Check for transfer or intermediary fees.
Include every delivery leg
Count shipping from the seller to the carrier, international transport and delivery in Ukraine. Request packed weight and dimensions: volumetric weight may affect the tariff. Ask about packaging and insurance separately.
Confirm import charges
Before paying, ask the carrier for a current estimate of import charges and clearance for your item and route. Keep evidence of the actual price. Our calculator does not contain fixed tax rates; you supply the figures.
Count other costs once
Check declared-value charges, cash-on-delivery, intermediary services and offer access. Add known necessary adapters or repairs. Avoid counting included services twice. Leave unknown amounts unresolved until you receive a quote.
Compare totals and conditions
Total cost = item + payment and conversion + all shipping legs + import charges and clearance + other fees. Record delivery time, inspection options and return costs alongside it. A cost allowance is only your estimate.
